RENTAL OF CONCERT PIANOS

The main activity of this company is renting concert pianos, which is the reason we take care to buy our pianos exclusively from Steinway & Sons, Fazioli or Yamaha.

Each instrument is prepared with the greatest care and attention before every concert. Our concert pianos are installed at the desired location, and then tuned, and the tuning is verified before each concert.

The presence of a piano tuner during the concert is an additional service we offer on an optional basis.

TUNING SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE

A piano needs regular maintenance. The ambient temperature and humidity each have an effect on the tension of the piano strings (or wires?) and this tension has to be corrected by retuning. We recommend that pianos are retuned once or twice a year, in springtime after the damp and cool season, and in autumn after the warm, dry season.

A new piano will need to be tuned more frequently in the early years. A piano that has been moved will need retuning; and similarly it is necessary to harmonise and adjust the mechanism regularly.

Conditions
The performers does not have the right to touch the strings of our pianos.
Our pianos are delivered and tuned upon arrival at the venue, then checked again before the concert.
Supplementary tuning will be at additional cost.
The presence of a tuner during the concert is invoiced at 120,00€ + tax.
The collection of instruments after midnight will be invoiced at 300,00€ + tax.
As a promotion, transport to the villages in the Golfe of Saint Tropez will be offered free of charge.
Our pianos are insured in all locations assuming normal conditions of use.

A baby grand, ideal for equipping classrooms in music academies, and concerts featuring modern and variety music. Silent piano models allow the musician to hear a superb digital reproduction using headphones (thus allowing 24 hour practice).
